Sales brochures and magazines

For Platinum Skies

Much of my workload involved the production of creative content for both print and digital platforms. This content would encompass everything necessary for multi-channel campaigns, with a strong emphasis on print collateral.

As not all potential customers have access to a computer, the brochures are important tools for both showcasing the developments and simplifying detailed concepts such as shared ownership. My task was to interpret market research and produce literature that conveys this information in a friendly manner and in tune with the target audience.

As well as digital media, brochures are still the most popular tool amongst sales staff to help explain what can be a complicated concept to potential customers.

Platinum Skies Life magazine

A magazine title created and developed by myself and a small team of journalists to act as a sales tool specifically tailored to the relevant customer age and profile.

These publications have a multi-purpose of an internal newsstand magazine, a national press insert for a number of broadsheets, and also created as a digital version for tablets.

Original site brochures

The company’s original marketing approach was to create an independent theme and colourway for each development, an approach later revised with an all-encompassing brand id.

Responsibilities for this project included theme creation and implementation, copywriting, sub-editing, and print readiness.

Original site brochures

Another example of how site brochures each had their own separate brand identity. This was the last independently themed development before introducing new guidelines.

Restructured site brochures

An example of the brand restructure implemented throughout all marketing collateral. New guidelines ensured that page layout, colourways, fonts, and content delivery remained consistent.

Customer research suggested that a clean, simple layout was required that offered readers of all ages a logical and efficient UX that was bright, uncluttered, and minimalistic.
